Pravda Calls For New Korean Negotiations And alesis Of China To The United Nations; Hails Indochina Settlement} By STANLEY JOHNSON MOSCOW — Pravda called today for new Korean negotiations and U.N. membership for Commu- nist China as a follow-up to the Geneva agreement on Indochina.
