Papy said today that he has obtained appropria- tions amounting to $133,000 for the construction of cat- walks along the Overseas Highway bridges through the keys for use by fisher- men. Representative Papy telephoned The Citizen from Tallahassee to report that he appeared at a three- hour hearing this morning before the State Road Board and obtain- ed an immediate appropriation of $50,000 for the construction of the! bridges.
