‘Special “Hello Bill Handicap” Slated Tonight At Key West Kennel Club Scores Of Elks Expected AtTop |Key West Kennel Club Result Charts — Wed. April. 29th Event Of Current Racing Season Scores of Key West Elks will flock to the Key West Kennel Club tonight for the running of| the “Hello Bill Handicap” spon- sored by that organization, track officials said today. And they will see one of the hottest bits of action of the cur- rent meeting when a crack group of thoroughbreds that have been matched especially: for the occasion by racing sec- tetary Bill Griffin, will go to the post. Grand Exalted Ruler Earl Adams of the Key West Elks Club today urged all local members of that organization to be on tap for the affair which’ will be the top event of the current racing meet. The Elks will be identified with small American Flags in their buttonholes. Tonight is also Ladies Night at the track, with all ladies being ad- mitted free of charge. In addition, free box seats will be offered to the weaker sex by the track man- agement. R. K. Hutching’s Two-Ee looms as a strong favorite to cop the “Hello Bill Handicap” at this writ- ing on the basis of his past per- formance which includes an im- pressive victory in his last outing and piling up five victories in a score of starts. This pup has fin- ished in the money a total of 13 times this season. Cliff Waller’s Duette, will furnish the prime competition tonight’ after having racked up a pair of second Place efforts in her last two starts, Another Waller entry, Flighty, will also get a lot of attention from the handicappers.
