Allen’s estate. Mills will be selling off acreage lots in the near future. He will file his plat of the new develop- ment as soon as the survey is completed. The company develop- ing the property, known as Cud- joe Realty, is headed by Mills. While this purchase was in the works, Mills looked ahead to the days when even the Keys are overcrowded and bought up the valuable black sand beach strip for an undisclosed price. This magnificent sweep of sand on the Caribbean is on the North! coast of Isle of Pines, Until re- cently there was only one estate j on the whole four mile stretch. Now Miamians and Islanders are putting up their homes on Bibya- gua, as the beach is known on the Island, Some 12 miles out from Nue- va Gerona, the only town on the Island, is Santa Fe, where Mills has just bought the 50 room hotel, formerly known as | By Bishop Hurley the Santa Rita.
