This unit is the family of the late Mr. Jeremiah Hannibal, Page 9, ~ one of the Hannibal brothers of | © building and contracting fame. Mr. Hannibal began the huge structure which is located at 323 Virginia Street, but before he could complete the building was strack by a long suffering illness which proved fatal. As aresult of | © the illness and death, little or no money was left to the family. Mrs. Hannibal had to work hard to rear her family of little girls. There, however, was an ache in her heart. She knew that the unfinished C. B. S. building which she occupied could easily prove to be a man- sion. But first things must come - the rearing of her children. The years passed and the children up. r about fifteen years, Mrs. Hannibal has realized her dreams. Friends may drop in at any time to see this beautiful modern home, with its complete furnishing and all electric’ kitchen. It is a thing of Beauty, and as Keats a great English poet, says, “a joy forever.” Mrs. Hannibal and the girls still work hard, but they have a beautiful home to return to after a hard ‘day’s work. It all goes to show what can be done when all work together. Bernard Stewart of Barroda Lane has been indisposed for the past week. He is alone as he buried his mother, Mrs. Eliza Stewart on Su; “iy, February 1. Visits from friends will be greatly appreciated. all members of the floor show’ and the American Legion & V. F.
