The city fathers voted 3-2 at their meeting Tuesday night to return the Jand, a 125-foot strip running from the Municipal swimming pool to a point 425 feet short of the juncture of the Sigsbee Park Road and the Boulevard, to the trustees of the State Internal Improvement Board.
