And one ‘man, W. ‘C. Prinz, Chief Yeoman, USN, administers the examinations for the more than 10,000 naval personnel in this area. His main purpose is to give. General Educational Develop- ment (GED) tests on high. schooi and college levels and to ex- amine navel personnel for advangemeht in rate.* The GED tests given enable men if the Navy ‘to earn the equivalency of high school and ‘college educations without at- tending school.’ These courses and. exams are ordered from USAFI, located in Madison, Wisconsin. ike.
