The cold wave from the North will lose its effect in Key West tomorrow afternoon according to Weather Bureau officials here, with a lovely sunny weekend pro- mised for the President. The City Commission that wel- comed President Truman at Boca Chica today was not the same one that will speed the parting favorite guest when he leave here. Three of the city commission séats are being contested for in the election which takes place fiext Tuesday.
