There are two rooms to the left and right of the entrance hall with tables for diners. Another room with huge windows serves as an intimate cocktail lounge with a bar and tables. Entertainment which enthralled listeners was the singing of Vincent! Bellfield Black, baritone. He sang semi-classics, classics and popular numbers accompanied by pianist Michael Arnold. The effect was that of music in a drawing-room or salon gathering rather than a night club.
