Honored At Garden Tea Yesterday A big bowl of frangipani and another of orange punch on the refreshment table, a fitful breeze on the wide lawns, and all the ladies in summer silks and organdies made the Bishop's tea yester- day afternoon at St. Paul's affair. The Rt. Rev. Henry LLouttit, Episcopal Church garden a colorful bishop of the Episcopal diocese of south Florida, and the members of the church he had confirraed that morning, were the guests of honor. The Rt. Rev. Father-and Mrs. John S. Armfield received the more than one hundred guests who came to the garden during the afternoon. As the reporter drifted around—————_____—_—__—_ the grounds all sorts of things came up for conversation, a tree- toad which almost leaped into a parasol; Rev.
