But it's just another case of the old monkey business out of the big town on the big wire. The city also fails to.show in what “legal and fac- tual respect” the lease is invalid. The»corporation also says that the’ city does not have the power tonpresume or adjudicate on the question of the lease. Eimally, Key West Improve- ment, Inc., moves for a more definite statement in the city’s suit. It asks the court for clarifica- tion on the following points: “1, Whether or not the property sought to be condemned is now being controlled and municipality as an airport for the general use of the public. “2. A full disclosure of the terms of the lease held by the County df Monroe which is refer- red to in Paragraph 7 of the peti- tion. “3. Whether or not the use of said property and the use of the airport contravenes the public policy of the State of Florida as by law declared with reference hazards.” City Commissioners will de- cide at a special meeting next week what steps to take to acquire quificient funds for air- port acquisition. At present the county has $60,000 which is ear marked ‘for purchase of an air- port.
