G. Ross said here. The President is due’ to board his private vessel, the USS Williamsburg, at San Juan on March 10 to witness part of the Atlantic Fleet maneuvers. He will leave here about March 8 or 9 for San Juan. Mr. Truman will fly to Mexico City on March 3 to confer with President Miguel Aleman. On his return) trip he will stop at Waco, Tex., where he will receive a doctor of laws degree from Baylor University on March 6 and then will return by plane non-stop to Washington.
