Planes FULL COOPERATION BY*— TITO PROMISED IN INVESTIGATION BY} AMERICAN OFFICERS {By Associated Press) PARIS, Aug. 23.—Breathing, which had been tense ovet the Yugoslavian incident in shooting down American planes, was easier here today among dele- gates of the 21 nations when word was received from Marshal Tito in Belgrade that his fliers had been ordered not to fire on} any other American aircraft, and that bis government viewed the attack as a “regrettable inci- dent,” for which it apologized. Tito said his government will give “full cooperation” with the United States in investigating the | shooting. Besides, he said, six American soldiers, one American civilian and, two .
