Be it enacted by the City Com- mission of The City of Key West, Florida: Section 1. Definitions. Section 2. Board of Examiners. If vacancies occur in the Board for any cause, the same shall be filled by appointment as above. Each member shall hold over after the expiration of his term until his successor has been! appointed and qualified. Any member of the Board may be removed from office by the City Manager for misconduct, incom- petency or neglect of duty, pro- vided, however, such member j removed by the City Manager| may have a hearing and his case reviewed before the City Com- ission if the City Commission | sires to determine his guilt or innocence before his discharge becomes final. The Secretary-Treasurer shall prepare | a roster of all licensed contract- ors after the March and Septem- ber meetings, and after any spec- ial meetings and file same with the Director of Finance and the License Bureau of The City of Key West, Florida. It shall be his duty to promptly notify these officers in event of a revocation or the re-issuing of a license. Section 6. Licenses. (A) Here- after,. any one desiring to be| licensed as a contractor in The City of Key West, Florida shall | make application’ to the Board | of Examiners by filling in the printed forms which may be ob- tained from the Building Inspec- | tor’s office, and depositing with such application the sum of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars: for examination fee.
