He loved to} recall amusing ancedotes about his fellow Key Westers and he! enjoyed the shifting Key West scene a great deal. He often made! philosophical remarks about sit- uations and it was a philosophy; never bitter but kind toward his ‘fellow man, He was a part of Key West's past and a personal- ity I will always remember. Mr. Lenny is gone now. He has pass- ed through a transition which all | of us must. He leaves much an- ‘ guish behind in his family, who adored him. Death leaves this hurt always because it takes away from us quickly and sud- denly a bit of the eternal light! which is of the divine. But the more we deal with death the closer we understand that it is all part of the scene in which we have been created and if there were beautiful sunsets and! spongermen in wrecking hats and } printers busily putting type into large forms going through our minds and our lives so also will | something of this divine spark continue on. Owners whose dogs are in “heat” shall keep them inside their yards, the ordinance provides {and makes provision against tor- turing or starving animals.
