WETT EIS IM: Heavy Fines for Parking Meter “Busters” It’s going to be a reward of $150 to be paid to anyone giving information on per- sons defacing and busting up the city’s parking meters, ac- cording to a resolution passed by city commission last night. Another ordinance pro- vides a fine as high as $250 or 60 days in jail for anyone caught actually defacing or otherwise mutilating the meters.
