J, Kirschenbaum, Irskin Sands and William H. White, requesting that they be placed on the city’s pen- sion roll, Kirschenbaum severed his connections with the city 22 years ago. He claimed 20 years unbroken service as police officer, city council- man and manager of the golf course. Sands and White are ‘Saat of the Board of Public Works.
