Presi- dent Mrs. J. J. Trevor presided. After the club prayer was read and allegiance to the flag pledged, club members sang three verses of “America The Beautiful”, with Mts. Frank Ladd at the piano. It was indicated by the minutes and report of the treasurer, that a Successfully busy month’s work had been concluded, with a gratifying balance in the treasury.| Mrs. Norberg Thompsos, book chairman, reported having pur- chased 10 new books, and Mrs. Trevor said the books had been placed on the tables at 4 o'clock, and by 5 o'clock, all of them had been taken out by subscribers.
