The affair was held in honor of Mrs. John Luff, formerly Miss Catherine Baldwin, and her sister, Mrs. Peter Vaughn, formerly Miss Angela Baldwin, who are now re- siding in New York and here now on a vacation. Bridge playing was the principal diversion of the evening. The home was lovely decorated, carrying out the class colors of pink and green. and tables nicely arranged. A de- Oat-Of-Town Visitors To Attend Cabaret A number of out-of-town visi- tors are expected to be in Key West tomorrow night to attend the cabaret that is to be given by the Woman’s Club. Among those who have wired friends in Key West of their in- tention to come is Miss Annie Cal- vey Tye, of Tallahassee, friend of Mrs. Lillian Connally. Mrs. Eva Warner has received a telegram from Dr. and Mrs. Joe Kollar, of Vero Beach, advising they are motoring down and will be here for the cabaret. was licious refreshment course Captain Wallace Caswell Comes Out Victorious During Battle Fought With 12-Foot Sawish tain, Wallace B. In. the take were barracuda, mackerel, bonito, biack | grouper and jack. They were all surprised at the number of excellent fish caught in such a:short: period. Before leaving yesterday afternoon, Dr. McDonnell said he had enjoyed an afternoon of the best sport he had had in many. years. * Mr. Schramm, an angler, said-he had seen fish caught in quantities, but never. had he seen: sich a catch in so short a period of time.
