The next step is the construction of the two long bridges. - Toll bridges in Florida have always paid. None have been a failure. Take, for instance, the Gandy Bridge, the St. Johns River Bridge, the Miami Causeway, the St. Lucie River Toll Bridge from Fort Pierce. All of them are paying dividends---and none e of them have the possibilities of the Over-Sea Highway. We MUST have the road to the mainland. We must have it in a hurry.
