As plans are being worked out! now, the day will be replete with fun-for both young and old. The board of directors of the club has appointed an athletic committee te arrange for suitable sports to come off on this, our dearest na- tional holiday, For those who do mot care to participate in these sports or to watch the contests for supremacy among our young folks there will be opportunity for en- joyment in other ways. To lounge around the broad cool veranda of the club and feel the fresh ocean breezes, or-merely to sit and watch the sparkling waters with its ocean traffic passing by our very front doors will afford a day well worth spending.
