The Citizen is now:a good paper, carrying the full Associated Press day service—the very thing they have always insisted upon—yet the patronage of The Citizen is less than it has ever been before. > The management has gone to tremendous expense in purchasing new equipment to improve The Citizen, to enlarge and modernize it, and every one will readily admit that it is ‘at present a highly creditable newspaper. ‘OSE Those business men who have always said they would gladly support a good newspaper if they had one are simply. asked to come across and do what.they said they would do. 4 Bk ke N N \. If this is further denied it, this newspaper will be compelled to resort to issue an inferior paper in order not to continue operating at a Joss.
