Johnson, who had been spending several weeks’ vis- iting in Tampa and other points onthe West Coast, returned to the eity this morning on the steam- ship Governor Cobb, Miss Henrietta Sawyer, who had been spending the past several weeks visiting in Key West with relative, was a passenger leaving last evening over the East Coast en route to her home in Miami. Raymond W. Miller, railroad representative, who passed through Key West several days ago en route to Havana, was included in the recent arrivals from the Cuban capital. After a short sojourn in the Island city, Mr. Miller left over the East Coast en route north. Thurmann “B. Russell,” who is employed at Miami by the Flor- ida East Coast Railway Company at Miami, was included in the ar- | rivals here last evening over the | Flagler System, and will spend | a few days’ business visit in the | Island city. F. Kemp for an hour’s. pleasure re- calling schools days of 50 years ago. The living and dining rooms were very pretty with vases of cut flowers and ferns. After some minutes spent in happy recollections of days gone by a delightful program was ren- dered by the following: Two vocal selection by Mrs. S. F. Lowe. Two readings by Mrs. Ted Bay- ly and a surprise number by Miss Ruth Pintado, grand daughter of Mrs. Fleitas, who sang very sweet- ly, “I Sing Because I’m- Happy.” The guests were then invited |to the dining room where beauti- ful Easter cards marked each place at the beautifully appointed table. A dainty refreshment course of ice cream and .cake.was served by Mrs. C. F. Kemp, Miss Grace Parks and Miss Ruth Pin- tado.
