DOUGLAS ROBINSON, AS- SISTANT SECRETARY OF NAVY, ARRIVES HERE FROM HAVANA Assistant Secretary 3of ‘the United States Navy, T. Douglas Robinson, stopped off in Key West yesterday en route from Havana to Washington, D. C., af- ter an inspection trip in Cuba. He was accompanied by Lieut. Commander C. Q. Powrall and Capt. E. S. Land. A seventeen gun salute was fired at the naval station for fhe assistant secretary of the navy. The officers of the seventh naval distritt turned out to welcome him. The official reception for Mr. Robinson. was held at the quarters Mrs. C. W. McNeely served tea for the visitors at which the offi- cers were present, The secretary and his party left last evening by rail for Washing- on.
