H. KEESE. WHO OPERATED IN KEY WEST | MIAMI, Feb. 26.—E. H. Keese, Miami prohibition agent, was arrest- ed Wedensday by George Bing, dep- uty sheriff, and confined in the Dade county jail. The arrest was made on a fugitive warrant sworn out by Sheriff Henry R. Chase following re- ceipt of a message from Sheriff Curry at Key West which stated that the prohibition agent is wanted there to face trial for theft. Mr. Keese was one of the prohibition agents who recently conducted extensive raids in Key West. Following the raids some of the agents were en- gaged in an altercation with Key West police and deputy sheriffs un- der command of Sheriff Curry. Keese, it was said, escaped by board- ing a United States Coast Guard cut- ter. Chief Deputy A. H.
