Be It Known, That the Board of County Commissioners of Itasca County, Minnesota, did meet in session on tha 24th day of July, 1913, the same being an adjournment of the first session of said Board after the 10th day of June, 1913, that at said session the County Treasurer of said County delivered to said Board the list of unco lected sonal property taxes for the year 1912, together with his certificate thereon as requircd by law; and that at said session the said’ Board did duty con- sider said list of unco:lected taxes, and did cancel such taxes as they are satis- fied cannot be collected.
