Permits will be issued to the purchasers, good up to and to expire on June 1, 1913, for the cutting and removing of such timber, and the law allows the Timber Board, by unani- mous vote, to grant one extensién of time, of not more than one logging season, if good reason is given for not having been able to complete the cutting and removing of the timber within the original time limit of the Permit.
