D. 1911, at 8 o’clock in the even- ing of said day, the village coun- cil of the said village of Grand Rapids, will hear testimony of all Persons interested or affected, and ascertain the amount of benefits to property fronting said sidewalk by reason of the construction of said sidewalk on said Ninth street from Kindred avenue to Houghton avenue, as aforesaid, and further that this resolution shall be duly served on or before the 18th day of November, 1911, upon the owners of all lots, part of lots, and parcels of ground fronting the said Ninth street from Kindred avenue to Houghton avenue, where said sidewalk has been con- structed as aforesaid, and whose names duly appear with their re- spective holdings in the said reso- lution and adopted the 9th day of August, 1909, by the village council of said village of Grand Rapids, said service to be made in accord- ance with the Statutes in such case made and provided.
