Notice is hereby given that on Au- gust 21, 1911, at 10 o’clock a, m. in the office of the County Auditor, at Grand Rapids, Itasca county, in the State of Minnesota, I will offer for sale certain unsold state lands, and also those state lands which have reverted to the State by reason of the non-payment of interest. Terms: Fifteen per cent of the purchase price and interest on the unpaid balance from date of sale to June ist, 1912, must be paid at the time of sale. The balance of _ pur- chase money is payable in whole or in part on or before forty years fom date of sale; the rate of inter- est on the unpaid balance is four per cent per annum, payable in advance on June ist, of each year, provided, the principal remains unpaid for ten years; but sf the principal is paid within ten years from date of sale the rate of interest will be comput- ed at five per cent per annum.
