An ordinance amending Village Or- dinance No. 2, Relating to the Sale or Otherwise Disposing of Spirituous, Vinous, Malt or Fermented Liquors Without a License therefor, and Regulating the Granting of License for the Sale of Intoxicating Liquors, and Providing Penalties for the Vio- lation thereof: The Village Council of the Village of Marble, in Itasca County, Minne- sota, do Ordain as follows: Section 1. That the fifth para- graph of Section VIII of Village Or- dinance No. 2, of the Village of Mar- ble, in Itasca County, Minnesota, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: It shall be unlawful for any person in the Village of Marble to sell, barter, furnish or dispose of, in any manner, either directly or indirectly, or by agents, employes, or otherwise, any intoxicating liquors in any quan- tities on any general or special elec- tion day, and all places where the sale of intoxicating liquors shall be licensed shall be closed during all hours of every Sabbath and on ev- ery general or special election day, and upon week days such places shall not be kept open later than eleven (11) o’clock at night and not earlier than five (5) o’clock in the morning. Section 2 .All fines, penalties and punishments which apply to the vio- lation of Section VIII of Ordinance No. 2, of the said Village of Marble, shall apply to the violatior of the provisions of this Ordinauce. Section 3. No Ordinance or part of an Ordinance inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance, shall apply to or be of any force or effect. Section 4.
