Notice .of. Expiration “of Redemption. Office of County Auditor, County of Itasca, State of Minnesota. To L. C. Brooks: You are. hereby notified that the fol- lowing described pieces or parcels of land situated in the county of Itasca, state of Minnesota, and known and de- scribed as follows, to-wit: Lots ten (10) to sixteen (16) inclusive, in block twenty-eight (28) Oakland Addition to Grand Rapids, are now assessed in your name. That on the 29th day of May, 1900, at a sale of land pursuant to real estate tax judgment duly given by the dis- trict court in and for said county of Itasca, on the 21st day of March, 1900, in proceedings to enforce the payment of taxes delinquent upon real estate for the years 1892 to 1895, inclusive, for said county of Itasca, the above de- scribed pieces or parcels of land were duly offered for sale, and no one bidd- img upon said offers for which. said pieces or parcels of land were subject to be sold, to-wit: the sum of eleven and 69-100 dollars ($11.69) the same and all thereof were duly bid in for the state of Minnesota, for said sum. That thereafter, and on the 14th day of November, A. That on the 27th day of December, 1910, lots one (1) to eight (8), inclusive, in said block twenty-one (21) were duly redeemed from said sale and that the amount so paid in redemption thereof was the sum of Ten and 22-100 dollars ($10.22), which last named sum includ- ed the sum of Ten and 6-100 dollars ($10.06), the amount necessary to re- deem said lots one (1) to eight (8) inclusive, in said block twenty-one (21), from said sale on the said 14th day of November, 1910, together with sixteen one-hundredths dollars ($0.16) interest accruing thereon between the time of such sale and said redemption. Salmon: mt You are hereby notified that the fol- lowing described pieces or parcels of land, situated in the county of Itasca, state of Minnesota, and known and described as follows, to-wit: Lots one (1) to five (5) inclusive, and lots twen- ty-eight (28) to thirty-two (32) inclu. sive, in block twenty-three (23) in Oak- land Addition to Grand Rapids, are now assessed fn your name. That on the 29th day of May, 1900, at a sale of land pursuant to real estate tax judgment duly given and made by the district court in and for said county of Itasca, on the 2Ist day of March, 1900, all of Block twenty-three (23) in said Oakland Addition to Grand Rapids in proceedings to enforce the payment of taxes delinquent upon said reel estate for the years 1887 to 1895, inclusive, were duly offered for sale and no one bidding upon said offers for which said block twenty-three (23) of Oakland Addition to Grand Rapids, were subject to be sold, to-wit: for the sum of seventy-eight and 32-100 dollars ($78.32) all of said block twenty-three, was duly bid in for the state of Min- nesota for said respective sum. That thereafter and on the 14th day of November, 1910, all of said block twenty-three (23), not having then been redeemed from said sale, and having then become the absolute property of the sthte of Minnesota, were sold and conveyed at public sale by the county auditor of said county, pursuant to the order and direction of the state auditor of the state of Minnesota, and in accordance. with the provisions of the statute in such case made and pro- vided, for the sum of Thirty-six and 7- 100 dollars ($36.07), duly paid to the county treasurer of said county. Notice is hereby given, That on the 12th day of July 1911, at 2 o'clock p. m, at the office of the County Auditor in the Village of Grand Rapids, I will sell the job of digging and constructing the Ditch No. 2 of Itasca County, establish- ed by the Board of County, Commission- ers of Itasca County, State of Minneso- ta, by their order bearing date June 8th 1911, viz: For the work as one job, and also for one or more sections of 100 feet each, and also for one or more of the construction jobs, each of said sections to be known and number- ed by stakes as shown by the report of the Engineer in said matter, commenc- ing at the one including the outlet, and from thence, successively, up stream to the one including the source to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, and that bids are invited for said work; said work to be completed within the time required, and in the manner spe- cified, in, said Engineer's report. And no bid will be entertained which exceeds more than thirty (30) per cent, over and above the estimate cost of the con- struction, in any case, as stated in the said order; and the successful bid- der will be required to give a satis. factory bond, to be approved by the Au- ditor of said County, with two freehold sureties, for the faithful performance and fulfillment of his contract, and to Pay all damages that may accrue by reason of his failure to,.complete the job within the time required in the con- tract. The said order and estimates and profile are on file, and may be seen at my Office. The approximate amount of work to be done in the construction of such ditch is as follows: Total number of cubic yards to be removed 5,790.94. The estimated total eost of the work is Fourteen Hundred thirty-three 70-100 dollars. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Auditor of said County, for not less than ten per cent. of the amount of each bid.
