D., i960 in proceed- to enforce the payment of taxes delinquent upon real estate for the year 1898 for the said county of Itas- ca the above described, piece or par- cel of land was bid in for the state of Minnesota for the sum of three and 59-100 dollars and duly sold by forfeited sale on the 14th day Nov., A. D., 1910, for the sum of fifteen and 73-100 dollans, and the amount required to redeem said piece or parcel of land from said sale, ex- clusive of the cost to accrue upon this notice is the sum of fifteen and 73-100 dollars and interest at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from said 14th day of Nov., A. D., 1910, to the day such redemption is made. And that the said tax certificate has been presented to me by the holder thereof, and the time for re- demptiion of said piece or parcel of land from said sale will expire sixty (60) days after the service of this notice and proof thereof has been filed in my office.
