I believe the law should be changed so as to make it possible to place settlers on state lands at any time. I favor progressive temper- ance legislation and will vote fora county option law. Am opposed tua tonnage tax. I believe that re- apportionment is the paramount issue as faras Northern Minnesota is concerned and pledge myself, if nominated and elected, to work un- ceasingly forit, and to the best of my ability to represent the senti- ment of the district.
