Leary, You are hereby notified that at a tax judgment sale held on the 8th day of May, 1905, the following des- cribed parcel of land, situated in the county of Itasca, state of Minnesota, to-wit: NE% of NE¥% or lot 1, section 26, township 55, range 25 was bid in for and sold to the state of Minnesota for the sum of four and 23-100 dol- lars;. that no redemption having been made from said sale the above des- cribed parcel of land became the ab- solute property of said state, and was at a public sale of absolute property of said state, held on November 8th 1909, duly sold to an actual purchas- er for the sum of sixty-five and 51- 100 dollars; that the amount required to redeem said parcel from such sale exclusive of the costs to accrue upon this notice is the sum of sixty-five and 51-100 dollars and interest on sais last named sum at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from said Novem ber 8th, 1909, to the day such redemp tion is made; that the tax certificate issued upon said last named sale has been presented to me at my office by the holder thereof; and that the time for redemption of said parcel from said sale ‘will expire sixty days after the service of this notice and proof thereof has been filed in the office of the county auditor of said Itasca county.
