D., 1899, at a sale of land pursuant to the real estate tax judgment duly given and made in and by the dis- trict court in and for said county of Itasca, on the 21st day of March A. D., 1899, in proceedings to enforce the payment of taxes delinquent upon real estate for the year, A.
