All of said material and labor so furnished must be furnished and com- pleted strictly in accordance with the plans and specifications a copy of which are now on file in the office of the county auditor of Itasca coun- ty at Grand Rapids, Minnesota, an- ther copy of which are on file in the office of the architect, John J.
