> 5 OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD Grand Rapids, Minn., November 3, 1909. A special meeting of the board of County Commissioners of Itasca copnty, Minnesota, was held at the office of the county auditor in the village of Grand Rapids this 3rd day of November, A. D., 1909 at 4 o'clock p. m. at which ell members of the board were present. The bond of the County Treasurer in the sum of $100,000.00 with Glen Strader as principal and the National Surety company of New York as surety was presented and read. Commissioner Trebilcock moved the adoption of the following resolution: “Resolved that the bond of the County Treasurer in the sum of $100, 000.00 with Glen Strader as principal and the National Surety company of New York as surety be and the same is hereby approved by this board and that the Chairman of the board and the county auditor be instructed to so certify the same.” The motion was seconded by Com- missioner O’Brien and the resolution was adopted by unanimous vote, The following request was then pre- sented and read: To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners, Itasca county, Minne- sota Gentlemen: - We, the undersigned, William C.
