Fuller appeared before the board and made claim for damages by reason of injuries received while handling dynamite for town- ship.. After a diseussion a proposition of Mr. Fuller to release the township from all claims for damages and to perform certain work at culvert near Lofberg’s cement works, it was voted that said Fuller be allowed what wood had been cleared from the right of way on the Bovey road, but no saw logs should be tuken., Fuller to execute and file with the town clerk a release of all claims for damages sustained by him as aforesaid. * ‘The bills of the King Lumber Co. und A.
