Pursuant to call the board of county com- missioners of Itasca County, Minnesota, met at the Court House in the Village of Grand Rapids this 20th day of November. 1906. Members present: Passard, Tone and O'Brien, ‘Phe minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. It being the time set for the hearing upon the following applications for liquor licenses, the.same were taken under consideration: Chas. Ollila at Holman; Larson & Co. and Wm. H. Daley and John M, Jones at Bigfork; Ule Ferguson at Ball Club; Edison Bereman at Dexterville; Wm, A Hadler at Snow Ball. There being no objections filed or offered against aay of said applicants, on motion of Commissioner O’Brien, seconded by Comm! sioner T all of said applications wer granted and licenses ordered issued. It being the time set for the hearing upon the application of J. H. A petition was presented for the estali ment of a county road beginning at a point one-quarter mile south of the NW. corner of section 23, township 60, range 25, and run- ning thence in a westerly direction acros 2, crossing the section line between secs. and 22 about 30 rods south of the N. W. cor of sec. 22. thence continuing in direction to the northwest corne thence in a northwesterly direction across sees 17,8and 7, toa point about one-quarter mile north and one-quarter mile east of the southwest corner of sec. 7. in said twp, 60, 25, thence running to the northwest corner Of sec. 36, twp. 61. 1.26, and to..be connected with other roads as follows: With the Keewatin Lumber Co's. road in sec. 7 of twp. 60, r. 25, and rigfork town road at northeast corner of sec. 36, twp. 61. r. 26. Commissioner ‘Tone moved that a bearing be hud upon said petition at the court house in the -village of Grand Rapids on Tuesdsy the 8th day of January. 1901, at 10 o’clock a.m. and that M. O’Brien, Neil Mullins and Aad A. Tone, members of the board, be appointed a com- mittee to exumine the proposed location of said road, that said committee, meet at the beginning of the route of said road on Tue day the 18th sy of Decembr 1906, at o'clock p. m. for the tae proposed location of.said road, and that said committee make report to this board at thetime set for hearing upon said petition.
