Fifty-Second District of Miunesota. * A Democratic convention for the Fifty- second Legislative district of Minnesota, will be held in the court house at Grand Rapids, Itasca county, on Thursday, the 20th day of September, A. D. 1900, at 2 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of placing in nomination two candidates of the office of representa- tives for said Fifty-second legislative dis- trict. The basis of representation is one delegate at large for each county in said district and e deleg for euch 100 votes or major fraction thereof cast for Hon. T. R. Foley in 1898, The several counties are entitled: to the number of delegates following. viz: Aitkin 3, Carlton 5, Cass 4, Itasca 6.
