Deputy Public Examiner West yes- terday completed his report concern- ing the financial affairs of Beltrami county, Which the department has been looking into. The document makes some rather serigus charges against some of the county officials Extravagance and a desire to do something for favored parties are cited the chief offences. It is charged that the chairman of the county poard sold to the county a court house forasum largely in excess. of its value and that the county com- missioners in addition to paying a good salary for county attorney had spent, $500 outside for legal services.
