Upon motion, the sum of $500 was appro- priated for the repair of the Prairie River road above Clearwater, to be expended under the supervision of James Sherry. Upon motion, Commissioner George Ly- dick was instructed to take charge team and all personal property connected with poor farm and attend to the harvesting of the crops thoreon; also to procure men and build the proposed poor house as soon as plans can be secured. Commissioner Logan was upon motion instructed to procure help and open up the entire distance of the proposed new road to the Cass county line at a cost not to exceed 33000.
