FUNERA[ TODAY FOR MONTAGUE Virginia Representative to Be Buried at Urbanna, His Home. Funeral services for Representative Andrew Jackson Montague, 74, of Vir- ginia, who died of a heart attack Sun- day, were to be held at 3 p.m. today at his home in Urbanna, Va. Honorary pallbearers will include Acting Secretary of State R. Walton es | Moore, Justices McReynolds and Van Devanter, Senator Glass and Speaker Bankhead. ‘The Third District Democratic Com- mittee will meet at Richmond on Feb- ruary 2 to decide on the method of nominating a candidate to succeed Montague, Edwin Cox, chairman, an- nounced last night. The committee, under the party plan, may decide to call a primary or a district convention to select the can- didate or it may let the candidates fight it out in the special election to be called by Gov.
