Bocock, superintendent, yesterday advised the Board of Public Welfare. The aver- age for the month was 841, the fourth highest census on record. Dr. Bocock said there was little likelinood of any appreciable decline since the October total of patients treated was nearly 44 per cent greater than in October of last year.
