JCLASSESLISTED FOR REDLAND HUNT lh:afiH-Out and Triple Bar Contests Added to Show at Rockville. Wine classes comprise the program announced today for the fifth annual horse show of the Redland Hunt, which will be held Saturday afternoon at the old Fair Grounds at Rockville, Md. The first class is to be calied at | 1 pm. Thomas T. Mott, M. F. H, of tm\ hdst organization, said that beautiful | trophies are to be awarded the winner | of each class, while the usual ribbon awards are to be made to horses that annex the first four places in each event. An unusual feature of the program this year is an in-and-out and triple- | bar class. An in-and-out jump is to be set up on one side of the ring and a triple bar on the other. Horses will be shown twice around the ring and the fences will be 4 feet in height. Two championship ribbons are to be presented at the conclusion of the méet, the hunter award going to the high point scorer in Classes 1, 3, 7 and 9 and the open jumper tricolor going to the high scorer in Classes 2, 4, 6 and 8. He buttressed his plea with a copy of the West Virginia code and contend- ed the State law specifies that none other than residents of West Vir- ginia, having lived in the State for one year and in the voting precinct 60 days, are qualified to be listed for voling. Neither, he says, does the law permit a single person, residing elsewhere, but whose parents live in Berkeley County, to register or vote in this county. He also alleged ex- istence of inaccuracies in some names, ‘Washington addresses and precincts listed against some persons registered in the past.
