Samuel M. Hollidge, 65, a native of this city, died Tuesday at his home, 3006 Fourteenth street, after a brief illness. He was to be buried today in Cedar Hill Cemetery after services at Saffell’s funeral parlors at 2 p.m. Mr. Hollidge was a carpenter here for more than 40 years and was a member of the Carpenters’ Union. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Annie L. Hollidge; five sons, Raymond, Albert, Melvin, Vernon and David Hol- lidge; four daughters, Evelyn, Ethel and Thelma Hollidge and Mrs. Elsie Currier, and four grandchildren. All live in Washington.
