HAZEN PROPOSAL GIVEN APPROVAL Logan-Thomas Circle Group for Farm Treatment of Dipsomaniacs. Commissioner Melvin C. proposal for a farm for the treatment of cipsomaniacs was indorsed by the Logan-Thomas Circle Citizens' Asso-l ciation at its monthly meeting last night. Dr. Charles K. Koones and M. A. Robbins, who introduced the resolu- tion commending the idea, said jails and insane asylums were not proper places for chronic inebriates. The proposed farm is necessary physical and sceial adjustment of the | District’s alccholics, they declared.
