NEW YORK, August 24.—Stocks of lead in the Lmlrr: States at the end of July totaled 230915 short tons, compared with 231,077 tons at the end of June and 240.595 at the end of July. 1934, according to the American Bu- reau of Metal Statistics. Production in July was 34.424 tons, against 33,002 in June and 31.881 in July, 1934.
