Details of the refinancing plan were to be considered at a meeting later today, Frederick H. Prince, chairman of the board of directors, stated. Issues to be retired are $42,340.100 of 5'> per cent series A bonds of 1934, callable at 106 on 60 days’ notice, and $7.000.000 of Morris & Co. sinking fund 4'5s of 1939, callable at 103 on three months' notice. Both now are quoted near their call price. The amendment was necessary be- cause the present mortgage identure | prohibits the remortgaging ‘of released property.
