Trazzare, carriage maker to many Presidents, who died yesterday morn- ing at his home, 1665 Harvard ter- race, will bé held tomorrow after- noon at 1:30 o'clock at the home. Mr. Trazzare was born November 26, 1843. At the age of 17 he joined the 9th Maryland Infantry in the Union Army and served through part of the Civil War. Later he became a member of the Kit Carson Post, G. A. R, in this city and had been ac- tive in post affairs up to the time of his death. Founded Carriage Works. After the Civil War he established the Thomas E. Trazzare Carriage & Wagon Works at 456 Pennsylvania avenue and ffom this shop turned out | the carriages in which several Presi- dents and many other Government dignitaries rode for years. Mr. Traz- zare himself rode in one of his car- riages in the second inaugural parade | for Abraham Lincoln after the war Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery. | STAR. .
